Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run our products. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to target ads. The longer version is below.
Who we are
Dignity Rebellion LLC ("we" or "us") is a Delaware for-profit limited liability company headquartered in San Francisco. This policy covers dignityrebellion.com and our products. Specific products may have additional privacy notices that explain product-specific details. Those supplement what's here.
What we collect
Depending on how you use our website or products, we may collect:
- Information you give us directly: name, email, and anything you write to us.
- Account information if you sign up for one of our products: an authentication identifier, basic profile data, and the actions you take in the product.
- Standard technical data: device type, IP address, log data, used to keep things working and secure.
What we do with it
We use it to run, maintain, and improve our products. We use it to communicate with you. We use it to protect against fraud and abuse. That's it.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build profiles on you to sell elsewhere.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate. That means hosting, authentication, and analytics, and only what they need to do their job. They're contractually required to handle it responsibly. We may also disclose information when we're legally required to.
How we protect it
Encryption in transit, access controls, reputable infrastructure providers. No system is bulletproof but we take this seriously.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain uses. Email gabriel@dignityrebellion.com and we'll handle it.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale (we don't sell). Residents of the EEA, UK, and other places with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights.
Kids
Our products aren't for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We'll update this policy as our products evolve. The "last updated" date at the top will always tell you where things stand.
